On the approach to Panama, a city rises from the dense tropical jungle.  A melting pot of culture and commerce Panama City, the capital of Panama, is a modern metropolis with an impressive skyline. Due to its rich history, Panama City has received UNESCO World Heritage status for the areas of Panama Viejo and Casco Antiguo, with its cobblestoned streets, colonial-era landmarks and bougainvillea-filled plazas lined with cafes and bars. Situated on the Pacific Ocean, the city stands surveying all its activity, from the massive cargo vessels entering and exiting the Panama Canal, to the small street vendors selling their wares, and even the titi monkeys swinging through the trees of Metropolitan Nature Park.

One amazing quality that makes Panama so unique is that from one location in Panama City travelers can enjoy so much of this beautiful country and its culture and nature without having to change hotels.  If you are the type of traveler that likes to check into to one hotel, unpack your bags, and venture out, then this is the tour for you.
