The Baru volcano, with an elevation of 11,401 ft. (3,478 m) is the highest mountain in Panama. On a clear day, from the summit, you can see both the Pacific and the Caribbean!

Declared a protected area in the year 1976, Volcan Baru National Park forms part of the Mesoamerican Biological corridor. Over 250 species of birds, many mammals inhabit its lush forest, providing fantastic opportunities for contact with nature.

On this tour, you climb to the summit of the volcano in the company of one of local certified National Park guide.
